As the animation production in VR has become popular worldwide, where are the possibilities for expression being discovered?What kind of worldview and storytelling can only be expressed in VR? Anne-Sophie Braud (Head of Digital Creation, Institut Français) will talk about the panorama of French VR works while Chloe Jarry (Producer and President, PXN) will discuss the possibilities of VR using her own works as examples.

Anne-Sophie Braud (Head of Digital Creation Division, Institut français)

Anne-Sophie Braud is Head of the Digital Creation division at the Institut français. She is in charge, with her team, of accompanying French professionals of the digital creation (XR, Video Games, Media Art, etc.…) in their international development. She has previously worked in the French cultural network abroad as Cultural Attaché in Tunisia and Croatia, then at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign affairs as Project manager for Cultural and Creatives Industries. The Institut français is a public institution responsible for French cultural actions abroad, under the aegis of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture.


Chloe Jarry (producer and representative of PXN)

Chloé Jarry is the co-founder of the immersive and interactive productions company, Lucid Realities (http://lucidrealities.studio). Lucid Realities is the Executive Production company of several VR projects, as 1, 2, 3 Bruegel, Condemned to play or Claude Monet – The Waterlily obsession, showcased at the Musée de l’Orangerie and more than 10 different museums around the world. The company has recently launched several new XR projects, as The Starry Sand Beach, by Nina Barbier and Huang Hsin-Chien, or the AR app Seven Grams, by Karim Ben Khelifa.

Jarry is also member of the board of PXN – the association of french digital producers.
